We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our busy chiropractic office.
As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our patients.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with therapies, managing front office tasks, and ensuring a smooth patient experience.
Responsibilities:
? Patient Therapies:
You will assist chiropractors during patient therapies, including applying heat or cold packs, performing ultrasound treatments, and guiding patients through exercises.
Must be able to keep treatments on schedule to keep the office moving smoothly.
? Front Office Support:
You'll handle administrative tasks such as checking in patients, scheduling appointments, answering calls and managing patient records.
? Room Preparation:
Ensuring treatment rooms are clean, organized, and well-stocked for patient visits.
? Efficiency and Speed:
Our office is fast-paced, so you must be able to move quickly and efficiently.
? Patient Education:
Educating patients on exercises, lifestyle modifications, and wellness practices.
? Team Collaboration:
Working closely with chiropractors, and other staff members to provide comprehensive care.
Qualifications:
? Compassion:
A strong desire to help patients achieve optimal health and well-being.
? Adaptability:
Ability to multitask, switch between patient care and administrative duties seamlessly and with little direction.
? Physical Stamina:
The role involves standing, bending, and moving throughout the day.
? Attention to Detail:
Accurate record-keeping and attention to patient needs.
? Excellent Communication:
Clear communication with patients and colleagues.
? Technology
Experience:
Must have experience with Microsoft Office and be able to learn new systems quickly.
? Professionalism:
Representing our office with a positive and caring demeanor.
