- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using our phone system - Verify insurance coverage and collect patient information - Assist with billing and insurance claims processing - Maintain patient records and update as necessary - Provide excellent customer service to ensure patient satisfaction - Manage patient flow and ensure efficient operation of the front desk area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred - Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment - Proficient in using computer systems and dental software We are seeking a reliable and friendly individual to join our team as a Dental Receptionist.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients while managing the front desk operations.
