We have an exciting opportunity for a Contract Manager to support our Builder Business Development team.
The selected candidate will oversee a diverse portfolio of project contracts for our builder customers.
Responsibilities:
Create and manage builder house type files in Company system Support contract negotiations Timely processing and communication of contract requirements, agreements, and modifications Maintain contract files and associated documentation within our system Identify contract issues and communicate effectively Communicate with Signature Division VP, Design, Field, Purchasing, Finance, and other business functions to support contract (or Proposal) requirements.
Requirements:
General experience in Contract Administration or purchasing Must have the ability to make sound business judgements, handle multiple contractual activities with a short turn-around time, and work independently as well as part of a Team.
Must be proficient with Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
The Candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills to include well developed analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
